TERMS and POLICIES

BUSINESS HOURS:                      Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  EST

TERMS:                                            C.O.D, Cash, Money Order, Certified Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express. 
All orders require a 50% deposit. 

SHIPPING:                                       Parts and converters will be shipped UPS, DHL or Fed-Ex. Transmissions will be shipped by truck freight, DHL, R&L Carriers.

SHORTAGE or FREIGHT CLAIMS  

                                                           Should you receive a shortage or error in your order, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt of shipment to place a claim.
ALL RETURNS must be authorized by CRT be freight prepaid.

                                                            NO collect shipments will be accepted.

ALL shipments are fully insured.  Any claims for damage must be filed
with the freight company.  DO NOT return damaged shipments to CRT.   

PRICING:                                          Subject to change without notice. 

CONVERTER & TRANSMISSION:  

                                                           ALL Transmissions and Converters are shipped FLUID FREE.
                                                           Remember to add proper fluid levels to converters
                                                           and transmissions.

Drain your converters and transmissions prior to sending  it to us.
The freight companies will NOT deliver any package with oil in it.

WARRANTY

All CRT Performance Transmissions carry a 90 day warranty on defects in material and workmanship.  This warranty is limited to failures caused soley by defects in materials or workmanship.  It does not include misuse or abuse of the components or damages relating to improper fluid levels, improper installation or overheating.  ALL warranties will be VOID if anyone other than CRT Performance Transmissions performs disassembly or modifications to any part or complete transmission.  Vasco gear sets carry a 2 year warranty.  Straight cut gear set ratios 1.64, 1.66 and 1.80 carry a one year warranty.

Under NO circumstance will CRT Performance Transmissions, Inc. be held liable for Incidental and Consequential damages arising from or in connection with the Use or Installation of any CRT Performance Transmissions, Inc product.  Due to the nature of motorsports and demand placed on performance products, we, seller, offers no warranty, representation or condition of any kind, expressed or implied of merchantability and fitness, and seller assumes no liability for damage to engine or other parts, personal injury, labor or any other damage or injury.  Suitability of the material for the use intended by the buyer is the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller shall not be responsible in connection with such suitability.
